We got an IM from the Baggage Express folks around 2:00 saying our luggage arrived in England.  I called and confirmed using the automated service.  I've been checking online to track our luggage.  It's 6:00pm Friday.  Still no luggage.  Still no sign of our luggage on the tracking system either.
