Happy Thanksgiving everybody! Mark and I are both working today, we'll be cooking our Thanksgiving on Sunday for a couple English friends.  Although, it just won't be complete without our trademark brined and deep fried turkey, but we'll make do. We'll be thinking of everybody while you gorge yourself on yummy food, hopefully surrounded by friends and family or both, lounging with your football and pumpkin pie!
