Although it was a brisk day, we needed to get out of the house. So we headed over to the
club's archery range. It's a new bow for Mark. He recently retrieved his old bow from home which he bought in high school, but he found it was too small for him now. It might be a workable size for me though.

We kept the trip short, it was cold and getting dark, and Mark was getting tired from the upper body work out the new bow was providing.
He did get his hunting license this year and is hoping to get out and use it. I have no interest in hunting, not for sport nor for food. From his stories of previous hunting experiences, he seems to prefer small game over deer hunting.
I love the traipsing through the woods aspect of it all and I don't mind the
shooting if it's for target practice or skeet. But I prefer my wildlife alive, thank you.
