On one of our trips to California, I took a cooking class with a friend of mine at Draeger's Cooking School in San Mateo. We both love to cook and adore kitchen gadgetry, so this proved to be an excellent activity to add to the list of things to do while traveling to other cities. Now that this friend has moved back to town, we have decided to pursue this quest for this shared passion together here. So far, The Crate Cooking school is showing the most promise. This is also the place that hosts the All Clad sale twice a year. Recent use of some of the recipes from that Draeger class reminded me that we needed to find places that offer similar single evening classes.
