We now have had the new bed for a few days. It is... different. But all in good ways. A few things to note: Mark has not snored once since we've had the bed. Not that he snored often or too loud. But he did and usually it was enough to disturb my slumber and I need to poke him or make him roll over in his sleep to get him to stop. No snoring. Greenbean doesn't seem to like the bed. Her usual habit involves coming to bed with us and once we turn off the lights, she goes roaming the house with a tiny squeeking meow and then returns to sleep at the corner of the foot of the bed, either by my feet or Mark's feet, switching sides some time during the night. She has not slept on the bed with us yet. I'll find her in the morning on the guest bed or sitting in the study next to the remaining pieces of our old waterbed. The bed mustn't smell like us or feel right to her yet. I know she took a while to warm up to the water bed. She can't keep her little warm snuggliness away from us too long!
