I have low blood pressure. 100/70. This has been because for the last month or so, I have been on a beta-blocker for control of an arrhythmia of my heart. I works by slowing heart rate and blood pressure. The medication is given to people who have migraines, so I haven't had a headache in the time I've been on it. It's given to people with hyperactive thyroids, so I haven't had those wierd shakey vibrating hyper days. Unfortunately, this also makes me have to limit caffiene and alcohol. Well, I don't drink that often. But coffee, I enjoy my coffee, this is the tough part. One cup for me please.
