What we have purchased in the past few days: A new tv- Hitachi 51f500 51" HDTV Monitor (to replace our current tv which has been flaking out) An Onkyo home theater in a box (if we're going to up-grade we might as well up-grade!) A Panasonic 5 disc DVD/CD player A stainless steel garbage can for the kitchen (no real justification for this, it's super cool, slowly our stainless kitchen empire grows :) As well as a kitchen food scale and a microplane grater and a couple of other toys for our personal enjoyment. We have been good little consumers fueling our economy. :)
