Salad extravaganza
I love company.
�especially when they help to consume the mountain of produce in our fridge. T'was a salad extravaganza!
The mixed field greens had yellow flower petals mixed through, lots of fresh spinach, red bell peppers, cucumbers, radishes, grapes, red onions, scallions, gorgonzola crumbles, blue cheese bits, strawberries, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, wasabi soy beans, a huge pile of cooked bacon, Mark made his always popular bacon dressing, I made a simple vinaigrette with a black fig vinegar.
