So, since I've been taking care of everything this weekend, Mark is going to prepare our dinner. He's making a Rosa sauce with carmelized onions, in which he will toss some seared salmon and other goodies. He really wanted to make some home made fettuccini noodles, but for the sake of time, as it is already getting pretty late, it will be served over long fusilli noodles. And knowing our general preferences, the dish will be topped with chopped green onions and shaved parmesan.
