Mark's grandmother (a.k.a. Mamam) makes these cookies, well, you really can't call them cookies, they are gobs, that are absolutely amazing. They consist of two fluffy cake like chocolate cookies sandwiched together with a very light vanilla flavored cream. They are best when slightly frozen. I think she is known to make pumpkin gobs as well. As soon as I get the recipe and test it out, I'll post it here. Wow, these things are yummy!
