Driver’s license

So I took my driver’s license test today. No problems at all with parallel parking (why does every one make such a huge fuss over that?), no problems at all on the wet and slick roads of a snowy day.

But I failed. Why? I need to slow down! Me! Needs to slow down! Me, the courteous and cautious driver, who made a concerted effort to remain below the speed limit on the road test, needs to slow down. Note, the examiner said I had merely creeped over the 45 mph speed limit.

This is particularly amusing considering who my husband is and the fact that his major concern for me was that I would drive too slow.

Meh, now I know better, I can reschedule to take it again, hopefully by the end of the week.
