Two years of blogging

Two years and 503 entries later and I’m still writing.

I had no idea where I was going with this journal when I started or if I would stick to it, but I love what it has evolved into. I’ve had my peaks and valleys in writing, sometimes going weeks without and other times compelled to contribute to it daily. I even had the excitement of being confronted by blogstalkers.

In the near future, we are thinking of acquiring a film-negative scanner. I will be able to work on digitizing all of our old photos. I hope to use these older images as an extension to the back dated paper journal entries I’ve included here. Taking the time to reminisce with each set of photos and recording those experiences will add breadth and depth to my journalling.

How long will I continue to write? How long will I hold your attention? I will continue to write as long as I feel like expressing myself in this venue. I will continue to celebrate the mundane.
