Rice cracker shrimp hor douvres

Appetizer idea from Epicurious


rice crackers (we used some plain, some wasabi flavored)
8 oz. softened room temperature cream cheese
2-3 Tbs. wasabi paste
Shrimp: halved lengthwise with tails removed
sliced green onions

Whip together until well combined the cream cheese and wasabi to taste.

Spread desired amount onto cracker, place one or two shrimp halves onto cracker (depending on size) and garnish with green onions.

These were a hit and they looked adorable.
