Now, no one freak out or anything, especially family, but I am currently reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility

I am reading it because it has been recommended to me by so many different people. It is a women’s health book expounding on the Fertility Awareness Method (aka FAM) as a practical natural alternative to birth control. I want to be armed with the knowledge and have a better understanding of my body before we make any move in that general direction of thought.

I’m already learning more than I think any woman would care to know about her own body. Now I finally understand Robyn’s obsession with cervical fluid
