Off for a little vacation

Vacation starts… … … NOW!

Tomorrow Mark and I are hopping into our little convertible and taking a road trip to visit friends in points east. The weather is looking favorable for such a trip too. I must not forget to pack a picnic lunch so we can stop where our whims take us. Lots of camping is anticipated and I am coming prepared to do some beetle collecting for work.

It’s a low key trip, staying with friends and only a few items are on the “while we’re here we need to do/see this” list. Packing books and hiking shoes, this is a take it easy trip. And even if we come home earlier than planned, I’m still taking all of next week off to laze around.
