The days recorded are Monday through Saturday of this week: the first day was from 6pm on, three days at work, two days at home:

Average: 6406.2 steps/day

Daily distance: 2.1, 2.75, 4.47, 3.86, 2.2, 1.73
Average: 2.85 miles/day

I have also been keeping track of how much I walk around at home vs. work, but given I only have three days of work data, I will wait until I have a few more work days.
