Spa trip day 2

Ahhh! I am a blissed out goddess noodle!

Why?

An hour long full body massage.
A mango jelly loofa body exfoliation.
Aromatherapy warm honey body wrap… with 20 minute scalp massage while I was wrapped up.
Vichy shower before and after the wrap.
Intesive moisturing.
Spa facial.
Manicure.

Four and a half hours later I emmerged feeling completely relaxed and rejuevenated, soft, glowing, buttery, willowy… (I felt this way for the rest of the vacation!!)

This treat was at the Amadeus Spa.
