A Mighty-Mighty Night!

‘Twas a girls night out for a Mighty-Mighty night!

Had a fabulous dinner at The Mighty Oak Barrel.

Went to the wacky and delightful movie A Mighty Wind.

For dinner I had the grilled salmon with mango slices, a creamy light dill sauce served over red bell pepper fettuccini with a hint of an herb garlic sauce; appetizer of stuffed mushrooms, something involving tiny shrimp; had the Syrah, the salad with pears, pecans and goat cheese with the pear shallot vinaigrette and for dessert I had the hot apricot bread pudding with Gran Marnier and caramel sauce, unbelievable with a cup of coffee. Everything was absolutely phenomenal!

The movie also comes highly recommended by me as well. Go see it! Wonderfully silly!
